Hey Guys!! I love You all!!

This week we have been so blessed to see many Miracles. The week
started out with me saying goodbye to Sister Cluff and Sister White
and Picking up my new Companion Sister Robinson, Which made Me Sister
Robinson and Sister Farnsworth into a Trio. Tuesday Farnsworth got her
call that her Visa was accepted and now it just has to be activated,
so she will be leaving us shortly. It is getting hard saying goodbye
to so many companions!

We worked this week with Tesha and Eric getting them ready for their
baptisms on Saturday. The baptism went really well and we had amazing
support from the ward. It was amazing to see how happy the kids were.
We showed a short film during the baptism while the kids were changing
and Eric had gotten back first. On the film it showed a whole bunch of
book of mormon's Tamesha the 4 year old yells out "its a bunch of
Moroni's" and Eric replies "No its the Book of Mormons!" It was so
funny to hear them in the middle of a spiritual moment. I love this
family and cannot wait to see them progress even more in the gospel.

So with this new transfer we took over Roseburg ward again. They had a
ward party we invited some investigators to. Had we known it would be
a little like an awkward Junior High dance we wouldnt have planned to
stay and attend. It was fun, it was just VERY hard not to listen to
the music.

The work is going great. I hope things are well there! I found Yoda
While Tracting.

Peace and Blessing
Love Sister Rose

Four Months ago when Me and Cluff opened this area we had no idea what we were getting into. I have gone through 3 transfers, 3 wards, 4 companions and I have survived and will be staying here in Roseburg this next six weeks. WAHOOO!!!
I think the most exciting part is that we are taking over Roseburg ward again, which was very hard to give up a month ago so that should be nice.

This week has been long, we spent a day inside due to illness but other than that we have been out working hard. It is getting interesting asking the same people for the 3rd time if they want to learn more. I like to confuse them and ask them if they have every talked to missionaries before. Never Gets old.

We are getting Tesha and Eric ready for their baptism this Saturday. They are so excited and I cannot wait to see the many blessings and miracles it brings to their family. We are working with Patty and Reva and Dawn to get them ready for their baptisms in the following weeks. And with picking up Roseburg ward there are a few families they are working with that have a lot of potential. It sure is a great time to be a missionary. I love it out here the work is going great and the miracles are endless.

I will attatch pictures now.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY WHIT!!!!!

Well this week was amazing, we have seen Miracles left and right. our
week started our with Zone Conference. We went down to Medford and you
all might want to sit down for this, Sister Farnsworth and I won the
Cleanest Car award. I know right! I laughed when they read our name.
We got the "gold plates" and a $50 gift card to go out to dinner.
Pretty sweet deal.

We also met with an amazing family that contacted us while we were out
tracting. the Dad is a member but the mom and kids are not. We have
set up to have the two oldest and the mom baptized. It is so excited
to see this whole family get involved in the church!

We also met with Patty who is just amazing. We had prayed to know
where to tract and felt really strongly about this particular street.
We went and knocked the whole street and no one answered. Patty was
the last house on the corner and asked if we could come back. We went
back and She is now getting baptized on March 3rd. Heavenly Father
Truly is preparing people all around us.

We are working really hard and seeing a lot of success. It has been an
amazing experience and I wouldnt change it for the world.

Pictures to come next week, sorry I forgot my camera cord. . .

Peace and Blessings.

Hello Hello!!

I was just about ready to sign off the computer and I realized I
hadn't written an email. I responded to everyone but I didn't do this
one. That was close.

This week has been totally awesome. We had 205 people tell us they
were not interested and 3 we talked into taking Book of Mormons. I
think Heavenly Father is getting Sister Farnsworth Ready for Russia by
hardening the hearts of the oregonians here. I have been yelled at
before but never like this. Its quite interesting.

We have seen miracles this week. I have a strong testimony that when
we put our faith and our time in tracting, blessings will follow and
Its amazing.

Funny story, so as we were out tracting a few people tell me I have
been there before and I just laugh it off. "Sorry I forgot we knocked
on this very distinct bright orange house with plants lining the
porch." So we go to knock on this door and they had the coolest glass
in the door. You know on the MAC computers how you can do the fun
camera thing and make your face all distorted? Well this door was like
that. I started laughing uncontrollably and my companion was looking
at me like I was out of line. Well no-one answered the door so I
stayed for a minute and played with the way things looked. It was so
fun.... While you all were watching the super bowl I was making faces
at a door that no one was behind.

So were working hard, I promise. The area is amazing here. It is so
beautiful and I just love it.

Love You All

Peace and Blessings

Hola! Familia, Como esta?

This week has been an amazing week! Since we are only over one ward we
have been able to really focus on this ward and getting it going. We
had 3 investigators when we took over the ward fully and now we are
working with 8 people. Tracting is a miracle and we have found people
that are ready to accept the gospel.

I Love this ward so much. I was sad to leave Roseburg ward but I
seriously love the families in this ward. They take care of us and I
feel like I am at home when I go to church. It is a great feeling.

So Me and Sister Farnsworth have been working hard this week. It is
fun having a companion who's nametag is in Russian. People look at her
all wierd then look at mine and feel better about it. I also think
Heavenly Father is preparing her for Russia. I have never had people
be so mean to us on doorsteps before. Its a regular occasion to get
yelled at now. Sister Farnsworth is amazing and just takes it, smiles
and walks away. I love it!

One of the funniest things I saw this week. We were at a ladies house
who had told us to come back. We knocked and no one answered the door.
As we were walking away we heard a meowing. Looked on the roof and the
cat, (who wouldn't leave us alone before) was stuck on the roof. I
laughed in my mind thinking, now you cant get your fur all over my
boots. Then This cat lays on its back like a dog wanting to be
scratched. It slowly started sliding to the edge of the house but
caught itself before it slipped off. The cat did this 2 more times,
except the last time he didnt catch himself. It was the funniest thing
watching that cat realize there was nothing below him and free fall 12
feet. <-----  (rough estimate)

We also talked in church this week to the ward. It was awesome, You
guys all know how well I do speaking in church....

Hope all is well with everyone. I love you and Hope you have a fantastic week.

Love Sister Rose

Second was probably one of the best signs I have seen out here.

Hey there Family! I hope everything is going well for you back at
home. Roseburg is amazing, I have literally never seen so much rain in
my life. I just keep thinking "where are the clouds getting so much
water!" This world is amazing, obviously a gift from Heavenly Father
to be able to live on it.

This week was awesome, I have never felt this good on my mission.
Thank you for all the prayers and support from back home. I really do
feel them and appreciate them.

We have been working really hard to get our investigators to progress,
but it seems like these ones are going to take more time and it is a
lesson on waiting for the Lords time.

Saturday I got a new companion. I got a phone call at noon from the
mission president telling me I needed to get the apartment ready and
they would be there in a few hours. Usually you would get a weeks
notice to solicite things from the ward, like a bed, dresser, and so
on. We got to work and made a lot of phone calls and rearranged the
whole apartment. Now there are 4 of us living together and it is a
blast. Sister Farnsworth is waiting for her Visa so she can go and
serve in Russia.

I hope everything is going great there. I don't know if I have any
cool stories, other than the fact that we tract in the pooring Rain
all the time :) I have learned that a water Resistant coat is not
waterproof, and that it wont outlast the Oregon Rain.

I know this Church is true! I love sharing that with everyone we meet
and testifying how blessed we are to have this knowledge.

Peace and Blessings.

Love Sister Rose

Elders did a number to block out the light. We were scared what was

Hello There!

This week has been a ton of fun. We spent a lot of time trying to find new investigators to fill up our teaching pool. Which meant a lot of time tracting and contacting referrals which is never a bad thing. We were blessed to see miracles as we worked hard and went about doing good!!

It snowed yesterday here, Church got canceled over 1 inch of snow. It was pretty much hillarious, So we went tracting in the snow, I got soaked, Lesson learned where my rain coat in the snow. My hair was frozen for the drive up to Glide, which is where it was really snowy.

We are teaching some amazing people. The Picture with me and Aspree, she is a member we have been working with. She just had her baby, it is horrible we are not allowed to hold little kids out here. But They Are awesome and doing great

We are also working with Mario, Reva, Larry, and Trying to help them all proceed towards baptism. It is amazing. I truly am humbled everytime we start teaching new people to feel their faith and desire for learning the gospel is great. We started teaching a Preacher, He has so much knowledge but the spirit can be really strong in the lessons when we just open are mouths and speak what the spirit wants us to.

It was transfers again, so the pictures of all the missionaries are all of us in the Zone. Our Zone got 4 new missionaries this transfer, Our zone only has 10 missionaries so it was a big change. Change always brings excitement and miracles to the work so I am excited to be able to see what work we can all do.

Thank you for all your prayers. I really can feel them and love that I have a family that Cares so much about me.

Love you All

Sister Rose
